Help! I don't know what to do :(

Why is there no one to fight in the arena?
Unfortunately, there's not enough people who are willing to fight...we're in sort of a catch-22, as people won't start entering the arena until there's already someone there. Until then, you can use the forum to find a partner...

Why can't I use the alchemy abilities in battle?
In order to use an alchemy ability in battle, you must have all of the necessary ingredients. Each ability uses 6 items (some in duplicates; for example, Flare Potion uses 1 Ruby Dust, 2 Mana Powder and 3 Zinc) PER USE; in other words, you should keep a large amount of those items in stock if you want to keep being able to use the ability.

My User ID doesn't work when I go to activate my account.
Some User IDs are negative. Remember to include the minus sign in front of them when activating your account.

How are the squares numbered?

You can only move to squares in the half that you are in. So, if you're on the left side, you can never move to square 3.

I never received an email with my User ID.
Please send me an email using the "Contact Me" button on the sidebar. Chances are there's a misspelling in your email address.

The first IM I send to people never gets there.
I couldn't figure out how to fix this problem, since I can't reproduce it. However, there is now a workaround. When you get the "New IM" message, hover your mouse over that link. The first message that person sent you will pop up.

I can't get past Prismos.
The path to Psygnomia is not intended to be the next path you take. To proceed to higher level enemies that aren't insanely powerful, get an Iridios Pass from either Lucence or Prismos, then walk back to the Cardinal Trading Post. With a pass in hand, you will be able to go to the Ordinal Trading post.
